These Terms of Service govern your use of wntrcontr.shop (the "Site"), operated by wntr contracts L.L.C. ("wntr contracts", "we", "us"), located at 508 S 750 E, Orem, UT 84097, United States. The Site was developed by wntr contr. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is a corporate description of wntr contracts' scope of work: excavation and demolition (Zone A), paving and flatwork (Zone B), and erection and specialty site work (Zone C). The Site:
Every scope of work requires a written agreement or accepted bid between you and wntr contracts. Nothing on the Site modifies, replaces or overrides a signed contract.
Content on the Site is general information about our capabilities. It is not engineering, geotechnical, structural, safety or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a site-specific plan. Always contact your local utility notification center (811 in the United States) before any excavation. Nothing on this Site substitutes for a one-call locate, a soils report, or applicable permits.
All equipment-rental scopes listed on this Site are rentals with operator. We do not offer bare (unmanned) equipment rental of any kind.
Certain scopes carry express exclusions, including but not limited to: trenching except underwater (D-61); underground tank removal except hazardous material (D-62); cable splicing except electrical or fiber optic (D-88); fencing except electronic pet-containment systems (D-92, D-93); sign erection except on highways, streets, bridges and tunnels (D-106); and right-of-way work except maintenance (D-18, D-46, D-52, D-54). Work outside these boundaries is not offered.
Demolition, blasting, septic and similar regulated work is performed only where permitted by law and under the permits, licenses and notifications the jurisdiction requires. A scope listing is not a representation that any regulated activity will be performed in any particular location.
We keep the Site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Scope descriptions summarize categories; the authoritative scope of any engagement is the written agreement, not this Site.

When you email us or submit the scope-stake form you grant wntr contracts a non-exclusive right to use the content of your correspondence — including site addresses, drawings and project descriptions — to respond to you and to evaluate, bid and perform requested work. You represent that you own or control the information you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Do not send payment card numbers, account credentials or government identification numbers through the form.
wntr contracts communicates only from @wntrcontr.shop addresses and from +1 (267) 929-7699. We will never message you first asking for payment, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers or account credentials. If you receive such a message, it is fraud — report it and do not respond.
The Site's design, layout, graphics (including the strata bands and the cross-section artwork), copy and code are the property of wntr contracts L.L.C. and its developer, wntr contr, protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. No other use — reproduction, republication, redistribution or derivative works — is permitted without prior written consent.
The Site uses Google Fonts and is hosted on Google Firebase. Links to mail clients open your own email application. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or availability.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WNTR CONTRACTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WNTR CONTRACTS' TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100). THIS LIMIT APPLIES ONLY TO WEBSITE USE — it does not limit obligations under a signed contract, and it does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law (including fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory liability that survives a contractual cap).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wntr contracts and its members, managers and staff from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from the Site lies in the state and federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
