The crew

Dig with the
map, not hope.

wntr contracts L.L.C. treats every site like a cross-section drawing: what's buried gets located, what gets cut gets measured, what gets moved gets logged. One-hundred-thirteen scopes, one sequence — survey, locate, cut, verify, restore.

We work from 508 S 750 E, Orem, Utah 84097. This website describes our scope of work — it is not a bid board, not a permit application, and not a dispatch channel. Bids, schedules and mobilization are set in writing by the office.

Locate before load

No bucket touches soil until the utility locate is back and the flags are in the ground. Blue stakes mark what's buried; orange marks what's ours to move.

Cut to the sheet

Depths, slopes and volumes are set on the cut sheet before mobilization. If the ground disagrees with the drawing, we stop and re-measure — we don't guess.

Leave the grade honest

Backfill is compacted to spec, surfaces are left at design grade, and the site closes only when the as-built matches the plan.

Asked at the trailer

Before ground breaks.

Is this website a bid or quote?
No. The cut sheet lists our scope of work only. Pricing, bonding, scheduling and mobilization are set in writing after the office reviews your site — never from this page.
Do you rent equipment without an operator?
No — every rental scope on the sheet (D-01, D-03, D-10, D-14, D-16, D-29, D-47, D-51, D-91) is with operator. We don't do bare rentals; the machine comes with the hands that run it.
Who handles the utility locate?
The locate request goes in before mobilization on every dig scope. We don't break ground until the marks are in and verified — that's the crew rule, not a suggestion.
What about hazardous material tanks?
D-62 covers underground tank removal except hazardous material. Hazardous-material work is outside this scope and is referred to licensed remediation specialists.
Do you do underwater trenching?
No — D-61 is trenching except underwater. Open-cut dry-land work only; marine trenching needs a different contractor class.
How do I put a scope out for review?
Send the D-number through the contact page or to hello.qian.deng@wntrcontr.shop with the site address and drawings if you have them.
